Beaches
Guardamar
Guardamar has 14 kilometers of coastline which has fine sandy beaches. The Centro and Roqueta beaches are the most frequented, whilst others like Moncayo and Los Tusales, located next to the mouth of the Segura River, are less crowded. All of Guardamar’s beaches are perfectly adapted for public use, where many various water sports are available.
La Mata
La Mata boasts 2 kilometres of sandy beaches. From here you can walk to the beaches at Guardamar through the 840 acres of sand dunes that seperate the two.
Los Náufragos
This beach is the perfect place for the practicse of volleyball, with several competitions during the summer season. This is one of the quietest beaches of Torrevieja.

Summertime facilities: ice-cream stand, newstand and small bar.
Water facilities: windsurf and watercycles.
Los Locos
This is one of the beaches that get more crowded during the summer. It has different amenities for children who get presents too, always watched over by adults to ensure their safety.

Del Cura
This beach is the main protagonist during two nights every summer. The night of the 24th june many people gather on the beach to light candles and make their wishes. And then at midnight they all get in the water whit bare feet.
